This model has an elegant long neck, and I liked the confident attitude she conveys with her chin tilted up. I used a watercolor pencil,
which I dip in the water occassionally to get a darker mark. The fun part is that I can't really predict where that dark mark is going to land. I have to hope for a little serendipity. By the way, my New Year's resolution, which I'm starting in February, is to post a new drawing every week. Check back. It'll keep me on my toes.- Miriam, 1.24.2010
